## What selected review sources report

These are attributed summaries of selected third-party evidence, not a representative survey.

- **Gyoza · Coolibri analysis of Google customer reviews · October 2026:** Coolibri found three gyoza mentions in its analysis of 300 Google review texts. One reviewer praised the fried gyoza; the sample is too small to establish a dish-quality consensus, so the menu remains the stronger evidence for what to order.
